We went here the last few NCAA games during work to eat lunch and watch the games on the billion TV's they have. The wait staff is great and the food is really good. Much better than normal bar food. Johnny's has always had a good burger. The salads are yummy too. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Actually the whole place is really clean. Pretty quite for the atmosphere and no bad place to sit to see a game. There is a TV everywhere so pick a place and enjoy the food and TV. Service is fast and the prices are great. This may just me our new go to lunch spot.

Johnny's was my favorite place to go. I hosted business meetings there and the food is good. This 1 star is strictly for the service and how terrible it was. My waitress was more interested in her lost phone then paying attention to us. We wanted water and it took 10 mins to get. We ordered salads. YEP salads. You take the bagged lettuce and put it in a bowl. My partner had a garden salad and I had a asain chicken salad. She got her salad after 15 mins and the waitress forgot mine. She tried blaming the kitchen but like I said, I ordered a salad with a chicken breast on it. My salad took 15 mins after hers. If you want a great place, head to coaches. It is east down 135th two more blocks.

Johnny's is a good time. You may not be able to catch a UFC fight there, but their French Dip is good, and going in for cheap tacos is a plus. The staff are friendly, but it gets busy at lunch.

Johnny's Tavern is close to where I live and I go at least once a week for lunch. They have the best French Dip in Johnson County. Service is great, love the bar & grill decor and it's very clean. Easy to find parking here. They have wifi so if I go by myself I can take my netbook to entertain myself. Really the only negative is the music is sometimes so loud you can't hear the person across the table talking. But that's more in the evening.

Incredibly small bar & grill for Johnny's. Went there during middle of a Chief's game and they were understaffed, but handled pretty well. Service was a little slow, but not too bad considering.

This place is tucked back in a shopping mall and is a little oasis. It is the quintessential friendly, nieghborhood tavern. It has great food from burgers to fish tacos, great service and is full of locals from the area. It is perfect for watching games, bringing in the family, or happy hour with the office. Jeni who is the owner/manager is awesome and makes you feel right at home.

I stopped in for the Tuesday special ($1.25 beef hard shell tacos). My order was delivered with a smile in five minutes. There was a moderate amount of drained ground beef with plenty of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and mild salsa. The service was friendly, and efficient. The atmosphere was comfortable, with 13 TVs, and background music.

This is the worst Johnny's I have ever been to. We walked into the restaurant, weren't greeted by anyone, and waited for a few minutes before someone even spoke to us. Prior to being seated, a waitress walked right by us and said nothing. We ordered the Buffalo chicken dip for an appetizer and it was way too runny. I ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich since it was supposed to be "the best in town" and that claim is not true. It had no taste at all unless I loaded it with mayo. My sweet potato fries were soggy as well. None of the workers were friendly except for the 2 waiters. I didn't like how tables were so close to each other either. It's pretty bad when a waitress bumps into your chair because the other table is so close. Lastly, as we were leaving, a couple of the workers were standing right by the front door smoking. The place lacks professionalism and I won't be returning.

Hush Puppies are amazing!! I always find myself getting the 80 Acre Melt because it is so great! Always get great service as well.

This place is the definition of a fun bar. We stopped here for lunch and to watch football. Fun environment! Lots of different team fans, lots of fun camaraderie, even with people we had never met before. Food was good for bar food. Great service, even though they were packed! We'll be back!

This place is lousy. How they opened more than one is a mystery. Worst burger I've ever had next to McDonald's.

Love this place!! Regular here, staff is always extremely friendly and it's a great environment to watch sports games especially KU games!!

Love this little gem! Greatest wait staff ever. The other locations are standard but this one stands head and shoulders above the rest because of its people! Hidden away in Johnson County; it is the only place I go!

Tried Johnny's for a late lunch. Everything was good including the service. Fish and chips, Parmesan crusted Talapia sandwich, the Slim burger and a big salad. Great coleslaw is a "must try" and the tarter sauce was excellent too with just a hint of sweetness, not at all sugary. We are visiting family in the area and will likely pick Johnny's next time we're in town!

Loud and obnoxious drunks took over the place. You couldn't hear yourself think over their noise and the loud music.

For a Johnny's, I was actually pretty impressed. It's your basic bar, nothing spectacular, but much cleaner (cough, clean ladies room) and brighter than our usual visit to the 119th location. The layout is a little strange. When you walk in, there's no real "waiting" area. Then the bar is laid out in a square, with a raised middle section. There are several TVs around for watching games. The food was pretty standard -- I've liked the pizza and wings, and my favorite thing is the hot pepper bites appetizer. I was pleased with their beer menu. The service was good when we went. We'll be happy to return.
